Technical Information
The MicroPulse P3 Device has a smooth, ergonomic interface to allow clinicians to keep con-sistent contact with the probe at the limbus. Coupling the probe to the limbus with a viscous liquid interface is mandatory for proper light transmission to the tissue and consistent energy transfer. A recessed fiber tip with an added fluid channel enables consistent fiber immersion in fluid during treatment to improve light coupling to the tissue — a feature that’s proven critical for a success-ful procedure.
